Arabia’s popular Moomin Mugs Blue and Yellow in a new, bigger size. Illustrator and potter Tove Slotte has redesigned the original 1990 illustrations to fit 0.4 l size mugs. The mugs were exclusively designed to celebrate 50 years old Finnish K-group Citymarket stores.
In the Blue mug the illustrator Tove Slotte is using a collage technique, combining the pictures together. She removed the speech bubbles from the cartoons and combined the black and white pictures into a coloured background.
