Shipping Information
Courier Deliveries:
- Goods under 15kg are dispatched within two working days for courier collection. Receive within 7 working days.
- Small items, 5kg or less will be sent by post or courier and a signature may be required on receipt.
International Courier Deliveries:

We are currently expanding our international shipping options. If delivery does not appear at checkout, please email info@nordicchill.co.nz to discuss available shipping options.
Please note:
Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties and taxes once they arrive in your country. Any applicable charges must be paid to release your parcel.If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties, an incorrect address, or failure to collect from the depot, we will refund your order minus $60 NZD to cover handling and return shipping costs.
General Notes:
- We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Boxes.
- If your item has been DAMAGED, you must
advise us within 6 days of the delivery of the
item, however, if your item is CONCEALED
DAMAGE, you must advise us within 24 hours
of the delivery of the item.
