• Chch weekly on Wednesdays.
• FREE Local Pickup available from our store at The Colombo.
• Christchurch deliveries dispatched weekly on Wednesdays. 
• Our "In-house" van service means gentle handling, with heavy and fragile goods able to be included.

T&C's and minimum spends are outlined below;

 Christchurch and Surrounding areas - FREE (Minimum spend $200): 

• Deliveries dispatched every week.
• Includes the following locations; Christchurch City, Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Pegasus, Woodend, Prebbleton, Tai Tapu, Lincoln, Rolleston, Burnham, West Melton, Kirwee and Darfield areas.
• Please select Courier delivery if you require immediate dispatch - Note this is only available for goods under 20kg.

North Island Courier Deliveries:

• Goods under 20kg are dispatched within two working days for courier collection. Receive within 7 working days.
• Small items, 5kg or less will be sent by post or courier and a signature may be required on receipt.
• Some heavy goods over 25kg can be sent by Mainfreight to the North Island. This is at our discretion and does not include rural delivery. Please email info@nordicchill.co.nz to enquire.

International Courier Deliveries:

• Currently these are handled on a case by case basis. Please enquire by email to info@nordicchill.co.nz for delivery options. 

General Notes:

• We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Boxes.
• If your item has been DAMAGED, you must
  advise us within 6 days of the delivery of the
  item, however, if your item is CONCEALED
  DAMAGE, you must advise us within 24 hours
  of the delivery of the item.
