EU Returns — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at info@nordicchill.co.nz before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
